We truly hope you love and enjoy all your purchases from Posh Society. However, we understand that you may need to return an item.

 

  • All online order returns are eligible for store credit ONLY. Unfortunately we do not offer REFUND or RETURNS.

 

  • All orders, sale and discounted items are final!

 

  • Returns may be made within 7 days from the day you receive your order. Once we receive your package, we will inspect it and issue a store credit (minus shipping fees).

 

  • Store credit will be issued 10-15 business days after return items are reviewed. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

 

  • Any damage merchandise must be reported to us in 2 days of receiving the items. 

 

  • Variation in color due to computer monitor resolutions lighting or photography do not qualify as damaged items.

 

  • Returned items MUST be unused, unworn, undamaged, tags attached and in the same condition that you received it and MUST also be in the original packaging. We will not honor your store credit without a tag.

 

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

 

  • Returned orders due to address issues will not be refunded. Store credit will be issued for any orders sent back to us by post office for any reason. 

 

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase along with order number and email. Please enclose your information inside returning package. If we do not receive this information inside your package, we cannot credit your account.

 

  • Undergarments, accessories, bodysuits and swimwear are NOT eligible for returns due to sanitary reasons.

 

  • There is a restocking fee of 17% for all returned items.

 

  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if goods are not returned in a salable condition or damaged.

 

  • Posh Society is not responsible for shipping, reshipping or return fees.

 

  • The maximum amount of returns that may be approved per 

    order is 2.

 

  • Posh Society is not responsible for damaged items in the mail. 

 

  • Posh Society is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We are not responsible for merchandise delivered to the wrong address.

 

  • Shipping fees and tax are non-refundable.

 

 

  • For in-store pick up you have 5 days from the day you placed an order to do a return. There are no direct exchanges. Customers will be able to use their store credit to make their exchanges or make a different purchase.
